Your nutritionist may have requested that you to complete a food log. With the Fuel My Performance client app, you can:

  • Complete weighed food diaries
  • Take food photos

Step 1: In the app, click the menu in the top left, followed by food log.

Step 2: Use the date selector to find todays date, or click 'today' in the top right hand corner (this will only appear when you're not on todays date).

Step 3: To start a food log, click add a new meal. Here, you will be able to enter the meal name and time eaten, for example breakfast at 6:30 AM. You can also take a food photo of your meal or choose from your existing photos. Click 'add meal' when you're done.

Step 4: You can search and add foods to your food log or scan a barcode (coming soon). In the meal you've just created, click search and add a food.

Step 5: Now, you'll be able to search from a list of your recent entries, or search for a new food using our refined database of common supermarket ingredients.

Step 6: Click on the food or recipe you would like to add. Next you'll be able to select how many portions, or how many grams/ml you consumed. Then click save. Your food or recipe will appear in the food log.

Note: The food or recipe will automatically be marked as eaten if it has been added to todays date. If you add foods to a future date, it will not automatically be marked as eaten.

Click the info button to view the food or recipe in more details. By clicking on the food (in the row) you'll be able to open more options, such as edit, mark as uneaten and remove as shown below.
